Liz Caan has been infusing Boston homes with distinctive personality and style since 2005. The designer’s signature play of pattern, color and texture has given some of the city’s most historic homes energy and charm that reflects the more modern lifestyles of her clients. Liz believes in interiors with character and wit, life and individuality . Mixing things up in unexpected ways is a hallmark of Liz's designs.
Liz holds a degree in Fine Art and spent over a decade in sales and marketing in New York and Chicago. The Liz Caan Interiors design studio is located in Newton, Massachusetts, at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Centre Street just seven miles outside of Boston. Liz is selective with the number of active projects underway at any time, as she prefers to be personally involved in every project.
Professionally, Liz is a member of the Design Leadership Network, the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, and the Leaders of Design Council.
In addition to her interior design work, Liz Caan has partnered with Jill Rosenwald on a sophisticated tabletop line. The collection is designed to look equally spectacular in a country house or more urban abode. Liz paired some of her favorite modern patterns with Jill’s classic shapes to create unique pieces sure to stand the test of time.
